These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EMC Easy Life application at emceasylife.com, operated by Inshurik Inc. (“Inshurik,” “we,” “us”). By using the application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
The service
The application is an online tool that lets you apply for life insurance issued by EMC National Life through Insurance Supermarket, a licensed insurance agency. The application helps you submit your information; it does not itself create an insurance policy.
Eligibility & accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information may result in denial of coverage or cancellation of a policy by the carrier.
No guarantee of coverage
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All coverage is subject to the carrier’s underwriting, eligibility rules, and approval. Quotes and estimates shown during the application are not final and may change based on underwriting.
