This Privacy Policy explains how Inshurik Inc. (“Inshurik,” “we,” “us”), operating the EMC Easy Life application at emceasylife.com, collects, uses, and protects your information when you apply for life insurance through us. Insurance Supermarket is a licensed insurance agency; coverage is issued by EMC National Life.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide to complete your insurance application, which may include your name, date of birth, gender, mailing address, email, phone number, Social Security number, and health-related answers required by the carrier to underwrite your policy. We also collect basic technical data (such as device and usage information) to operate and secure the application.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to prepare, submit, and service your life-insurance application with EMC National Life; to verify your identity; to communicate with you about your application; and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and request it, we send you a secure link to your insurance application and related service messages by SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS/text-messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used only to deliver the messages you requested.

How we share information

We share your application information with EMC National Life (the insurance carrier) and with service providers who help us operate the application and process your submission, only as needed to provide the service and under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, or correction or deletion of, your personal information by contacting us using the details below, subject to legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
